The health visitor advised everything is going well with my Childs care which gave me peace of mind
As always a positive experience with my team. They never judge or get frustrated with me but are incredibly compassionate and understanding.I am incredibly lucky to have such a supportive and caring care co-odinator and can't praise her enough. She has always gone above and beyond.
I wish my team were available at different times as well, i.e. not just Mon-Fri 9-5.
Maybe they could have a day off in the week and work Saturday morning or start work 12 and work till 7 or something.
When things aren't going so well for me it tends to be weekends and evenings and they obviously don't work then. At these times I'm stuck and don't know where to turn or what to do at all.
I am filling in this, for my husband and I, he has COPD and I have heart problems. We always receive help and kind ness, from Caroline Dillon, who works at Doctor Farrows Medical centre, nothing is too much trouble for her, !!
He was very helpful and gave me useful information
The care and compassion are fantastic. The waiting room could do with a revamp, maybe some music playing? Currently it is quite isolating and depressing.
kind, caring staff treat you with dignity and respect. make a horrible time much easier.
I have arthritic knees and even using two sticks can only walk a few steps so the home visits are a great luxury. The nurses I see are obviously a happy, well trained and competent group such that whichever one arrives my treatment is seamless.
I thought the whole process was very good.
Good service provided by surgery
Better communication (some input would be nice instead of running around in the shadows arranging things without our consent or knowledge)
Better understanding of the family situation before judgement is placed upon us
We are sorry to see your recent views on the care you received from our service, but thank you for taking the time to comment. The team endeavours at all times to work collaboratively with patients to maximise the effectiveness of the health visiting team, sometimes in some very demanding situations. The importance of this continued approach to care provision has been discussed with all members of the team. We would very much like to invite you to contact us so we can discuss your concerns in person. Please contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service Team on 01274 251440.
